Duplicate posts in discord

Hi,
I’ve found an issue where, when you edit an existing post and save it, the plugin publishes it to discord multiple times (2-3 times) instead of just once.

I did some testing and can report that the issue does not occur for new posts but only existing ones that are edited and saved.
