are you sure you are using Duplicate Post to clone products? Woocommerce has its own duplication feature which is recommended to use because better supported by their team, and it copies all the information (like product variations).
Also, please don’t write me messages on Instagram, it’s not listed anywhere as a legit support channel for Duplicate Post.

Try it yourself
Enter a price for a variable product
Then duplicate the product
And open the Woocommrece Store page
And select Sort by High Price Low
And the duplicated product is displayed alongside the priced items
But the product is not worth the price

are you sure you enabled my plugin for Woocommerce products? As I said above, Duplicate Post does not copy product variations.
You should untick the option for Products in Duplicate Post settings, and use Woocommerce’s own duplication feature.
