• Hi! If I duplicate a product with a composite product combo and then modify it, the combo box does not display on the site. Is this a known issue?

    Steps to reproduce:
    – Create a product
    – Go to All Products then duplicate
    – Edit duplicate with new product info
    – Publish/Update
    – Check out site, composite product selection is missing.

    Using DIVI theme — but also doesn’t work it using default theme) — something about duplicating record causes issues.

    I have reported this to our developers. They are working on a solution and will soon release a new update to fix this.

    When you find the new update, please apply the update then clear caches and cookies before checking again.

    Our developers have fixed the issue with duplicating composite in version 5.0.0.

    However, we are constantly receiving different reports of different issues with several page builders in version 5.0.0. So our developers are working right now to fix all issues.

    Please wait until version 5.0.2 is released, you can kindly update our plugin, then clear caches and cookies before checking again. Be sure to check your product in an Incognito tab so that caches and cookies won’t interfere as well.
    If you still encounter any issue, please provide us with as many details as possible. We will try to fix it asap.
