Duplicate property listing

Hello,
This plugin is awesome.
I have an issue with the property listing, it duplicates when I click on the detail of the property (except map and pics), and for some reasons it duplicates the newsletter form too. Here is the link.

I disabled the newsletter plugin and majority of the other plugins too.
I disabled the theme too, and same problem.

What could be the solution?
