Duplicate question checker

Hi, I was wondering if this plugin has a duplicate question checker like Stackexchange? As in the field where people type in there question inside the “Ask Question” page, in stackexchange it would automatically stack searching previously enter questions according to the current input. Is this functionality also available with this plugin?
