You can upload the screenshot to your media library and share the link with us, or you can use a service like Droplr or CloudApp to share the image file.
With your reply, also include a copy of your site’s System Status Report, please. To find it, go to WooCommerce » Status, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Then paste it here in your response.

Is this in the backend, in the product data section?
I had a look at the product here https://frostyjacks.com/product/plain-cheese-curd/ and not seeing any duplicate radio selectors.
