Is this a new installation or existing one?
Did this happen after an upgrade, and if so from what version to what version?
Do you have an example url?
Any other details would be helpful.
You can also try running the Remove Duplicates tool at Reviews > Plugin Settings > Tools.
I have the same issue, tried the tools but it doesnt work

I am having this same problem but entering the support code does not fix it.
I just installed it today so I assume it’s the most recent version.
I have soved this by not using the shortcode
That did it! Funny, doing that occurred to me in the middle of the night. Guess I have not been spending enough time working on wordpress sites.
