Duplicate software installs

    I am having trouble loading and clicking pages on our website since the new 6.7 WordPress update. Our webhost tells me that there are 2 different/duplicate software installs located in the directory of our website files which is causing the issue. Where are these located and how can I delete one of them?

    You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these).
