    Hello,

    Using a multi-site, inline card payments sometimes result in stock being reduced twice. On the order notes, there are 2 lots of stock reductions for some orders.

    Hi there!

    I can understand that product stock reduce twice. To assist you further could you please check the order again and see if there are two separate “Stock reduced” notes for the same product at the same time? This might indicate a duplicate processing event.

    Also, please enable the Stripe error log by going to WooCommerce > Payments > Stripe > Settings, scroll down to the Advanced tab, and check the Error Log option.

    Then, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, open the log file related to Stripe payments, copy the error log, and use the pastebin to shared the error log. https://pastebin.com/

    Also, shared the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    Hello,

    Nearly every plugin author has a way to share sensitive data outside of the public information shared on this forum.

    We have a team who has looked and this and the issue falls within your plugin. The company has a policy against sharing on forums specific data.

    Sharing some behaviour we seen with webtoffees stripe plugin, duplicate webhooks with some multi-site specific issues or having multiple websites in the same stripe account were the cause. Web toffee has mixed the majority of these but they encouter issues also.

    Reviewing this epic, it seems to be the same issues within this plugin:

    The issue you are facing has not been reported by other users on the forum.
    This suggests that this problem is unique to your site’s configuration.

    Choose WooCommerce Stripe as a product when prompted.
