    Hello,

I am using the GSheetConnector for Elementor Forms and I’ve encountered an issue where form submissions are being added to my Google Sheet in double (duplicate entries). It was Working just fine before and it suddenly started adding double Entries.

    Here are my setup details:

    • Elementor Pro Version: Version 4.0.3
    • GSheetConnector Version: Version 1.3.0
    • Actions After Submit: GSheetConnector, Redirect.
    • Issue: Every time a user submits the form, two identical rows appear in the Google Sheet.

It seems like the redirect is triggering a race condition or causing the submission hook to fire twice before the page changes.

    I have already tried:

    1. Re-ordering the actions (putting GSheetConnector before Redirect).
    2. Clearing all site and server caches.
    3. Checking for duplicate settings in the global vs. widget levels.

Is there a recommended way to handle redirects with this plugin to avoid these duplicates?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @scriptymind,

In GSheetConnector for Elementor, there are two separate configuration areas, and if both are active for the same form, it will send data twice:

    1. Inner Settings
    2. Feed Settings

If the same form is configured in both locations, the submission hook runs twice—resulting in duplicate rows in your Google Sheet.

    So please check:

Only one method should be used per form, not both.

    Regarding the redirect:
Elementor’s redirect action typically doesn’t cause duplication on its own unless something else is already triggering a second submission. Once the dual configuration is fixed, the redirect should work normally without creating duplicates.

Lastly, just a quick note — since you’re using GSheetConnector for Elementor Forms, please raise this in the correct plugin support section next time so the team can track and assist faster.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

    Thank You
    Jina P.
