Hi there @dan63921,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the duplicated GA tag that’s showing up on your site. I’m happy to help you!
> On my GA account, it is saying the bounce rate is 0% which can’t be. Is it because of this duplicate? Or is this how the tag should be appearing?
Hmm, I suspect having multiple tracking codes might be causing the bounce rate to be reported incorrectly and perhaps other issues too.
Looking at the screenshot you shared, the first tag is for the Global Site tag, as the gtag.js framework is showing up:

I’m not sure where the second tag is coming from. Do you have any other Google-related plugins active on your site? If so, you might want to deactivate each one until the second GA tag disappears.
If that doesn’t help, the best way to track down where that’s coming from would be to do a conflict test. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Please let us know how that goes or if you need any further help!
Thanks for the reply! So I don’t see the bounce rate issue anymore, however I do want to make sure there aren’t duplicate tag issues.
There are not any other GA plugins running on the site – at this time, our UA is only listed inside the WooCommerce GA integration plugin. Here is a screenshot of our code, showing the only three locations the UA appears and all being within the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration scripts: https://snipboard.io/Wpj1U7.jpg
Let me know if there’s anything I should do – the conflict test left me empty-handed as the GA code is only inside of the WooCommerce GA plugin.
Hey @dan63921,
Do you see any issues if you use the Google Analytics Debugger?

Let us know and we’ll go from there.
Thanks!
