Duplicate text elementor

    can anyone help and tell me why there’s the same text twice? Underneath in black. It doesn’t do this on another page only on the pop up on the homepage. I’ve tried everything. Checking fonts styling, leaving fields blank. Just can’t get rid of the double text.

    I’m using Elementor page builder with Forminator.

    Hello @jeffgoff,

    I hope things are going well for you.

    Usually, such a situation doesn’t occur by default with the Elementor Page Builder. If you share the form export or page URL with us, we can try to replicate the issue on our end.

    This seems more like an Elementor cache or old CSS loading issue. Please try a few things such as:
    — Clear the site caches
    — Clear Files & Data by following this guide: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/
    — Check the form in preview mode and see if it works well.

    To share the form export
    – Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
    – select “Export” option
    – copy given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
    – include link to that paste in your response below.
    Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.

    Kindly respond to this topic after sharing the form export.

    hi,

    it doesn’t happen on desktop only mobile. https://www.staging.purelitekent.co.uk/ here is the site. If you press “request a call back” on the home page at the top that is where the issue is. I did clear the cash and regenerate the CSS which worked but then it came back the same. This doesn’t happen on the contact us page. Only the home page. Thanks

    Could you please try the same fix?

    We let our developers know you are also facing this problem, it happens on Elementor PopUp when there is a click trigger.

    thanks this worked!! Although I entered the CSS code in the Forminator section of the form the not elementor as a whole, but it worked either way.
