Thank you for the link. We do see the repitition in the page title.
Checking the page source, we see you are using Asgaros Forum. I’m not familiar with how the forums are made technically. I installed it in a local environment to test, and I can replicate that the titles are duplicated. I didn’t spot any setting in the plugin to adapt or change the title aspect.
This said, I’d recommend to reach out to the forums of the plugin, but there seems that there is not much activity: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/asgaros-forum/
