WooCommerce allows adding GTIN, UPC, and EAN values, but each value should be unique for every product and variation. If you are trying to assign the same UPC to multiple variations, that could be causing the issue.
To troubleshoot further:
- Check the browser console for any errors when saving the variations. You can do this by opening the browser console (
F12 > Console tab) and looking for any error messages.
- Do you see any errors in the WooCommerce dashboard when trying to save the UPC values? If so, please share the details.
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
- Test in a different browser to see if the issue persists.
