Duplicate Variable Product Bulk

So I want to create a CSV to upload all my products the only thing thats different with them is the Title/Image the variation are the same for all products which are Size/Colors options. I tried to upload a CSV without the ID for the new products and it works but the issue is the variation parent id isnt there so it doesnt add it and the prices dont add cause of it. How can I do this in a timely matter without spending so much time and resources doing it.
