Duplicate WooCommerce order emails?

    Hi Support

    I have a site is running WooCommerce and every time an order comes through, the email is duplicated. In the admin, the order isn’t duplicated, just the order email confirmation is twice.

    Please can you advise some troubleshooting steps or advice on what it could possibly be?

    I’ve contacted the site hosting and they don’t believe it’s a server issue at all.
    I can also confirm there is only this SMTP plugin running (via SendinBlue)

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

    Do you have 3rd party WooCommerce addons installed on your site? If so, please try deactivating them temporarily and retest this issue further.
