• It seems I have the problem which was described on https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/267-duplicated-content-when-adding-a-new-column. The issue were solved in 2020.

I am using MailPoet version 4.27.0. If a add new columns the last entry will be copied to the mail form. After I delete the content an empty container remains and cannot delete it.

I make an eport of the configuration. I guess this blocks incluse the empty containers:

    {"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]}]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]}]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[]}]}]},{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"horizontal","image":{"src":"https://www.prfk.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Background_Newsletter2.jpg","display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":[{"type":"container","columnLayout":false,"orientation":"vertical","image":{"src":null,"display":"scale"},"styles":{"block":{"backgroundColor":"transparent"}},"blocks":

    Any help is welcome.

    Thanks, Uwe

    Hi @easysolutions,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues when editing your newsletter with our editor.

Have you tried to follow the steps to fix this issue from the article you mentioned? By adding the javascript line to the Console when checking the editor?

It could also be a conflict with another plugin you’re using or with the custom changes you’ve made, so you’d need to run a test to see if disabling plugins or reverting the changes fix this issue.

Please note that assistance with custom code like that is outside our scope of support, but if you need help with custom code, we recommend reaching out to someone from Codeable (affiliate link).
