    Hello, I’ve downloaded Notification plugin to modify the content of the default email sent by WordPress and make it look more professional. I’ve marked the “Disable account details email to user” option but sometimes I receive the new email and the default or just the default one. I’m using a form plugin called WPForms Lite so people can contact the store support if they need help or have questions but I don’t know if it may be interfering with your plugin.

    Hi, if that or some other plugin handles the registration flow, it indeed may still send the default email. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about it, you’d need to check that plugins options.
