Duplicating auction items

    Hello! Our garden club is going to auction off gift baskets in a few weeks. I added 15 Simple Auction items. To test the functionality, I did a test auction. Now those items are marked as “Auction has ended.” I tried changing the product type to Simple Product, duplicating it, and then changing the copy back to Simple Auction. But the copy is also marked “Auction has ended.” How can I make it an active auction again without recreating the products. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry for delay in response.

    Due to the nature of auction products, we have disabled the duplication of the products. In this case, you would need to recreate the new auction products.

    Also, you could export and import the auction products using WooCommerce import feature.

    Let me know if this helps to resolve your issue for need to re-create auction products.
