Duplicating Meta

Yoast’s wp_head triggered data is repeating itself. It looks as though it does the robots, description and canonical tags twice after each other and then duplicates it all again. So I get four of each in all as well as the yoasts comments.

Might I have a duplicated php script somewhere repeating the wp_head hook or is it in the SEO plugin files? (I definitely have one wp_head() function)

I can usually find these problems but takes me hours. Does anyone recognise the issue?
