Duplicating my website using Duplicator

    I am trying to duplicate my website using Duplicator Lite.
    However, when I go to Create a New Package, I get this::

    PHP Support
    Pass
    Required Paths
    Warn
    Fail [/homepages/4/d792606265/htdocs/app792606337/wp-snapshots]
    Fail [/homepages/4/d792606265/htdocs/app792606337/wp-snapshots/tmp]
    Warn [/homepages/4/d792606265/htdocs/app792606337]
    If the root WordPress path is not writable by PHP on some systems this can cause issues.
    If Duplicator does not have enough permissions then you will need to manually create the paths above.

    Reserved Files
    Pas

    I am using version 1.3.8, with ionos as my host.

    Please could you tell me what I am doing wrong?
