Duplication of WordPress

Please bear with me as I am not well versed with tech stuff. I started my wordpress free site and after 2 months i moved to ww.wp.xz.cn. Was I supposed to delete my free wordpress? Is my content now duplicated? Can I somehow deactivate the free version so it is not interfering with my .org website?
