    Hello everyone,

I have a problem, I migrated a website from a WAMP infra (localhost, therefore) to a Linux server (Ubuntu) via Duplicator, no problem everything works except WooCommerce.

The back-end plugin works (from the admin panel) but the front-end (cart etc.) I only have 404 errors, so I thought there must have been a URL rewrite problem, so I properly deleted WooCommerce to reinstall it (without reimporting the configuration) but nothing to do that does not work.

I used the technique that consists in modifying the wp-config.php to properly remove WooCommerce and the associated databases in the database but still nothing.

Could someone help me (either fix my problem or at least make sure I can reinstall it and start over with a working plugin).

  • Hey @nicolas91,

During the install process did you happen to see an errors written to the installer-log.txt file (please don’t post full log results here)?

    Thanks~

    Hello @corylamleorg,

No 0 error on “DATABASERESULTS” and on “NOTICES” !
Do you have one idea ?

    Best regards,

    Nicolas DA COSTA.

You might try the safe mode option in the installer. Instructions can be found in this FAQ:

        – Why do I get a blank/white screen on my site?

If the problem persists you might contact the WooComerce team to see if they have any clues.

    Hope that helps~

    Hello,

Same problems… Error 404 on all page of WooCommerce !
WooCommerce doesn’t help me, because i use the free version…

I think the problem is the rewrite URL.

The old website is HTTP and the new HTTPS, it’s possible the problem ?

All page is ok, only WooCommerce page in the “front end”.

    Best regards.

Possibly, you might try and go from http to http to see if that is the underlying issue. In these cases, it can be difficult to know the exact reason without getting the original authors involved to see what about their plugin isn’t responding correctly…

You might look at this thread:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/14481

There are several others that showed up on google for the same issue…
