Duplicator deleted theme customisations.

We have just migrated our site using Duplicator from a subdomain to a main domain. We did, I believe make an error in that our subdomain site and our main domain site use the same mySQL database. Once we completed the move we found that the customisations of the theme we use are gone.

When we try to login to the old site to find and copy these customisations we can’t – we are redirected, I believe because the old site is using the same database as the new site and has the main domain in its settings table.

Can someone please help us recover all the customizations we made to the theme as we are back to square one and stuck?
