    Hello,

    I am using the latest version of Duplicator Lite and I receive the weekly “Email Summaries.” According to the documentation, there should be an option under Duplicator → Settings → General in the Email Summary section to disable them.

    In my installation, however, this section is missing. Under Settings → General I only see the License section, nothing else.

    Is there a way to disable these email summaries in the Lite version, or is this option only available in Pro?
    Any guidance would be very helpful.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The Email Summary section should be available in Duplicator Lite just below the License section.

    Can you please let me know which Duplicator version is installed on your website? If it’s the latest version 1.5.13.2, please try to reset the plugin and check if you can access the Email Summary section.

    To reset the plugin data, please open the Plugins page in your website’s admin dashboard, deactivate Duplicator, delete it, and then reinstall it.

    thank you for your reply. I have now updated Duplicator Lite to version 1.5.13.2, but the Email Summary section is still not visible. Under Duplicator → Settings → General I can only see the License section (screenshot attached).

    Should I proceed with completely deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the plugin as you suggested? Or could there be another reason why the Email Summary option does not appear?

    Yes, please proceed with completely deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the plugin.

    If this doesn’t help, there may be a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all the plugins except for Duplicator, and check if the issue gets resolved.
