Duplicator error when installing new sites

    Hi Team,

    Thanks for providing such a great plugin!

    I encountered a issue since recently when I used Duplicator for my website. When I installed the package, the following error showed up after several minutes’ running:
    server code: 0
    status: error
    response: undefined

    the installer-log.txt is totally blank.

    I doubt that it is due to the configuration of my server and tried to raise all the relevant sql / php maxpack and timeout limit to a great extend. still it does not work.

    could you please give me some hint? Thanks

    Hey @blano86,

    You might try and double check the permissions. If the installer-log.txt is completely blank then PHP may have issues trying to write to it and extract the archive. Have you checked the PHP error logs for any clues?

    Hello, I am having the same problem however my installer log IS NOT blank….. any suggestions?

    I have actually tried again; I created a brand new database with a brand new username and everything. still getting this:
