I’m having the same issue… Was working all normal but suddenly stopped working. Getting error 500 while in scanning phase. I got the log, but can’t understand nothing.
The problem before was memory limit. Now I’m getting “Host Building Interrupt” error while trying to build the package. Hits 60% and I get this error.
I tried duparchive, file filters… archive flush is active, MysqlDump too. All I get is the same issue
