Duplicator & WP Instant Setup Settings

    Hi guys ;

    I am trying to clone my site using wp instant app and duplicator plugin , i am trying to follow instructions in this pdf –

    I have reached to point 9 in there but stuck at test connection , it fails what ever combinations i try.

    I need to know

    1. Which DB name I need to mention , Is the DB (and its credentials) mentioned in my CPanel of my live website ?
    2. Or Shall I be creating a new DB locally for this purpose , If so How ?

    Would appreciate some help plz.

    Finally I downloaded the installwp guided , followed it word by word , I can now get Pass for Server connection but fail for DB Found on Duplicator screen.

    For some reason it does not like db name “wordpress” , i for the sake of trying tried “test” as db name and it passed both server and db status but keeps installing the package for hours and finally it fails , once it finished but then i got “page can not be displayed” when trying to access localhost.

    I checked myphp admin area in installwp and there is no db name called “test” , i am surprised why is db found is pass when such a db does not exists.

    Also , what shall do from here ?? I am confused now

    Lost the battle with this , installed Xamp and I am on my way.
