I believe this error is breaking the Tracks theme layout:

Please try deactivating the Crayon Syntax Highlighter plugin. This should fix the display issues with Tracks.

Thank you for trying that. I believe there is still a plugin preventing Tracks from working correctly.
Could you try temporarily deactivating all other plugins on the site? Then, you can then reactivate them one-by-one until the problem returns to find which plugin is causing it.
Deactivating your plugins in this way won’t have any effect on their settings.
