[dyad]change text inside “read more” button

Actually my intention is to translate ‘read more’ into the Polish language (I simply used http://loupefotografia.com/ as an example).

Your answer was very helpful, but I found something that is still not fully clear to me.

The Polish GlotPress project for the Dyad theme shows that the ‘read more’ has been already translated:

On the other hand if I take a look into wp-content/themes/dyad/languages folder, I don’t see any *.po or *.mo files for Polish. Spanish translation, which seems to have the same status on GlotPress is already avaible in this folder as es_ES.mo and es_ES.po

Problem solved!

1. I have exported .mo and .po files from the page https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-themes/dyad/pl/default and changed their names into pl_PL.mo and pl_PL.po
2. I have uploaded them to the server
3. In wp-config.php I have added the following line:
define(‘WPLANG’,’pl_PL’)

@siobhan, one again thanks for the tips. Without them I wouldn’t be able to find the right solution
