Dynamic banner code in sidebar widget

    Using Managed wordpress with Di Business theme. Theme developers wouldn’t help. They told me to raise ticket in WP core, which I did, but I was re-directed here. The issue is that when I insert a dynamic banner code into sidebar widget, I get the following error: ‘$rfsn_creative’ is not defined and the code doesn’t work as it should (displays image correctly, but link takes you to a ‘Oops something went wrong’ page). All other banner codes are fine, so it seems dynamic ones are the issue. I am not a web developer. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

    What code are you trying to add, into which widget?

    my theme’s developers have advised me to ignore the syntax warning, however, I’m trying to figure out why the code doesn’t work as it should, i.e. problem on my site or problem with code itself? Thank you. P.S. I have removed the widget from sidebar now.
