Hello,
we already contacted the PayPal support, but they referred to this page.

The help page about PayPal installment payments (https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/installments) describes the possibility to implement dynamic banners to ones online shop to advertise the installment payment option.
For each shop software there is a different technical implementation guide. The link to the technical implementation guide for WooCommerce leads to this PayPal Plus Plugin page.
Within this plugin page I can’t find any information about the dynamic banners for installment payments.
Where can I find a guide how to implement the dynamic banners for installment payments?

PayPal Payments is the recommended extension if you want to implement Pay Later offers and messaging: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-paypal-payments/

It provides Pay Later buttons and messages on the single product, Cart, and Checkout pages: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#pay-later-messaging-on-checkout
