Dynamic Custom Field Slug?

    I’m wondering if there is a quick way to link to posts with meta key + value like this:
    ?meta_key=status&meta_value=active
    or
    /status/active/

    I understand I can build queries, but I’m just checking if I can send the dynamic query via the slug?
