Dynamic fill in fields using URL

Hello!

Is there any possibility to this plugin fill in some fields in the create ticket page using the URL parameters?

Like this:
http://yourdomain.com/create-ticket/?yourname=USER&department=SELING

This way the page will automatically fill in the field called “yourname” with USER and “department” using SELLING.
