dynamic folder filename length

@howie – The dynamic folder’s image filenames use specific naming conventions relevant to what the image is and what effects have been applied to it.

Generally speaking this will be something in the back-up method (usually a plugin) that is not allowing for the longer filename when a specific compression type it used.
