Dynamic meta tags?

First of all, thanks for creating this plugin, it’s easily the best SEO plugin I’ve ever used!
Is there a way to add month and year to the meta descriptions dynamically? So for example I could write something like “Click here to see the latest deals for <month> <year>” and it would add the current month and year from the server time.
