Dynamic quantity amounts

Is there a default way or plugin I can use to create dynamic quantity fields in my product dashboard? To elaborate, ideally I would like 4 fields to input for each product:

• QTY – on hand
• QTY – orders placed
• QTY – ordered from manufacturer
• QTY – available ( on-hand MINS orders placed)

So I fill in those 4 fields initially and they get updated dynamically when users buy the product. Thanks.
