Dynamic recipient form based on conditional fields

I’m trying to implement the following principle using the Conditional Fields extension: two groups, one displayed or the other based on a radio button:

• A select01 group with a select field where each field is associated with a different email address
• A select02 group with a select field where each field is associated with a different email address
  The idea is to use [select01] or [select02] as the notification recipient.
  How can I do this since I can’t put [select01][select02] in the recipient field?
