    Hi guys,
    I am looking for a WP form plugin that will produce multiple fillable fields by clicking a “+” button. For instance: reunion dinner (pick your meal) I have “X” number of guests I am bring to the dinner and since we have assigned seating we need to know what each person is eating so… fillable field 1 = the perons name, field 2 same row = a dropdown with choice of food plate…. click the “+” to add a row and same options as above. Does your plugin allow this?

    This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.
