Dynamic rules error

    Hello,

    I have the pro version of your plugin and I am trying to create a specific Dynamic rule, it’s a Discount (Percentage). While the rule does indeed show the price with the new discount when I go to checkout or cart the subtotal displays the original price.

    Any ideas why this happens?

    Hi there,

    In our experience, this is almost always indicative of some kind of plugin conflict (with some other plugin that has price effects).

    First of all, I’d suggest you try to deactivate all other site plugins to see if that resolves it.

    Let me know if it does,
