When live editing (directly on the UI, not on the sidebar) a dynamic table, the text seems to change, but if we click the (seemingly changed) cell, it reverts back to its original value.

I have drag and drop the dynamic table element by master addons plugin and do some changes on the default data. Also saved them and no issues on it.
Can you please update Master Addons and Elementor plugin and try again. If you already have updated both plugin but still facing problem please record a video of the issue and share it with me. Also share which theme you are using plus your active plugin list.
I will try to create same environment like your dashboard and debug the issue in my local server.
You can’t edit the table data from the elementor editor. You have to add and remove data from our table option just like the video. Please check the video and you will get it. There are a lot of option available to customize your table too. Let me know if you face any issues in the future too.
