    Hello,

    I can’t seem to connect to dynamics CRM, I’m getting error:

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Could not retrieve WSDL at https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    Deployment type is CRM Online, and credentials are 100% right, because I can login with them to dynamics page itself.

    Hi @msidabras

    Microsoft had a problem with the certificate rollover in crm4 region but the problem should be resolved by now. Please try again and let us know if the problem persists.

    Hi,

    I have a similar problem. I get this error while trying to connect:

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Could not retrieve WSDL at https://mdstrial2.api.crm4.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    Hi @thepiweb,

    try checking Ignore SSL errors checkbox.

    I have a similar issue I am trying to connect to on premises at
    https://stucrm.elluciancrmrecruit.com/

    I get error
    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Could not retrieve WSDL at https://stucrm.elluciancrmrecruit.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    But I know those credentials I use to login to crm normamlly, is there something wrong with my url.
