E-mail button doesn’t works

    Hello friends,

    Please could you check why the e-mail button doesn’t work. We have testing the e-mail button in two differents installations, with the same results. The E-mail button doesn’t work.

    Sure!
    We tried replicating this on our end and the email button does seem to be working correctly.

    May I ask you which default Email app have you chosen on your OS to open email links?

    On Windows, you could just type “Email” on the Search bar to look for this option under the name “Choose a default Email app“.
    On macOS, this is under the name “Default email reader“.

    Thanks for your reply ShareThis Technical Support team.

    We are using Outlook Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019

    When we press over the e-mail button, nothing happen. No open the outlook in our case.

    Old buttons works perfect except the e-mail buttons.

    No problem, @lemdeals,

    Could you please corroborate that your default Email app on your computer is set to Outlook?
    If so, then try changing it to Mail or another email client to see if the issue persists, this way we can see whether it’s an issue with the buttons or with the email client.
