E-Mail Configuration.

I realize this may not be the best forum to put up this question but trust me I am at my wit’s end and have nowhere else to go. I hope I’ll bump into a kind soul who’d guide me to the right path. If not, well, …..

I have several problems and I am sharing one with you guys right now.

I have bought hosting from GoDaddy and that includes e-mail. I discovered that creation of e-mail was pretty straightforward but when I tried to receive e-mail, I could an error that I have copied below.

I have sent several messages to customer support at GoDaddy but over 28 hours have passed but I haven’t heard from them.

Sorry. I HAVE heard from them. They are offering me Sitelock for 20% off and dedicated DNS for 20% off. Which means they do care for their customers.

Please help me configure it properly.
