    Hi,

    I have a weekly backup scheduled for our company website, this backs up to a Dropbox account and I receive an e-mail to notify me each week. I’ve only noticed today that this hasn’t come through since mid April.

    I have also noticed that contact form e-mails aren’t coming through either?

    Nothing has changed in regard to the “site email address” in WordPress settings

    Can anyone help me try and resolve this?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log file?
    This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I would also recommend contacting your hosts/server admin, and asking them to check the outgoing mail server logs for the site.
