Which version are you using? Can you mention your website URL?
I agree with you that only email is not a practical idea. That’s why there is an option to download the backup immediately. Can you please mention the version are you using? You can have a look into kbd_cron.php file there is a function “kbd_force_download”. It should be visible in your setting area, if you its not there then inform me i check it now.
Version 1.4.8 on Wordperss 3.5.2. kbd_cron is there and the function is there, but there is nothing in GUI related to the backup destination except e-mail.
Sorry for the inconvenience, i have made it visible exactly where it was with click here to backup now. It was mistakenly hidden and never been noticed before. I am updating it in few minutes. Thank you to point out this issue.

Have a look in developer tab and checkout the version 1.4.9, is it fine there? After your feedback, i will tag it as stable version.

A little correction, you will see “Backup Now” under settings menu. That is more visible, the anchor inside settings is the same thing but i am still working on it to make it more visible on page so ignore if it doesn’t work.
I have released the stable tag 1.4.9. Please check it, you will like this feature.
