  • I am having thee same issue.

    THe default admin address you used for wordpress will work, but anything other than that you change in your store will not work.

    help would be great.

    First I would ensure everything is up to date. Due to changes within WordPress at times it is necessary to ensure everything is upgraded together. If something is out of sync you can run into odd behavior.

    Next I would install a WordPress email logging plugin such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/email-log/

    This will track every email that is sent by WordPress and your store. If you see the emails in this log they are being sent by the store but either your server is failing to deliver them or an overly aggressive spam filter could be blocking them or possibly a typo.

    If they aren’t appearing in this log I would next follow the conflict testing methods found on this page

    @rasamaya1 Please do not piggy back other topics. It’s not easy to follow replies and not every issue no matter how similar it may appear does not mean it’s the same.

    Either way I would advise following the same steps mentioned in the previous post.

    At first it worked just fine.
    i only added a few categories and a few products, and now i have the same problem. nothing you sed works. please help!!! 🙁

    PS if i deactivate the plugin my site wouldn’t appear. instead i get this:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsc_is_single_product() in /home/moseneyf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sp-wpec-variation-image-swap-master/sp-wpec-variation-image-swap.php on line 68

    sp-wpec-variation-image-swap-master looks like another plugin that RELIES on WP eCommerce to be activated so maybe disable that plugin first and then disable WP eCommerce
