e-mail setting

    Hi,

    I followed the constructions but I can’t receive messages when I use the form.
    It seems I have to use a script:
    field:tracking script

    What kind of a script is this?

    Please help.
    At the moment we are testing the plugin before we finally design the pages.

    Hi Ozzie,

    The tracking script is for conversion tracking purposes. If you don’t receive emails I would advise to install the plugin:

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/

    And check if your WordPress installation is able to send mails via that plugin.

    If not: can you ask your hosting provider / system administrator to check your mail settings?

    It has not been solved yet, but I am working on it. (when I use my own testing-domain I receive mails, but my client’s not.)

    I will contact the hosting provider.

    Dear support,

    Here I am back.

    We still cannot receive mail.I asked the provider en they did not see any trouble on the hosting settings.

    The wordpress is able to send email using a contactform-plugin.

    Do you have any advise for solving this problem?

    Does your client receive messages with that plugin?
