    Hi, I recently installed the tool and configured it to send emails. Our emails are hosted on Gmail, so I configured it with smtp.gmail.com, port 587, and our username and password. When using the option to send test emails, the timer keeps running but doesn’t complete the process. It stayed like this for over 5 minutes.

    Thank you for reaching out to our Support team. The first thing I’d recommend is using Gmail through API, as it is faster, more secure, and more stable. You can follow our comprehensive documentation to set this up.

    If you are currently using Gmail via Other SMTP, I suggest resetting the plugin from the Post SMTP Dashboard under Troubleshooting. After resetting, reconfigure with the same settings you are currently using, just make sure that the From Email Address matches the Username, and that you are entering an App Password in the password field.
