    Hi,

    I use 2 e-mails in my marketplace, 1 for new orders and other order status; and another for contact forms.

    I don’t know why but yesterday I started receiving error messages in the emails that were being sent saying this: Communication Error [334] – make sure the Envelope From email is the same account used to create the Client ID.

    I think that I have to change the email in the “message” settings but then i can only use one?

    Not sure if you are still facing problems, but perhaps you could let us know what SMTP service you are using (e.g. from your hosting provider, Gmail, Microsoft, etc)?
